Missing FC Pro Open Global Qualifier - Season 1 Rewards

unfortunatelly, ı did it two mission. But twitch do not give my rewards. When ı enter the twich, my revards are seems. But when ı look ultimate game on my ps 5, my rewards are not seem. Please help

summary of issue- watched both streams for two hours claimed both rewards each day on twitch as the notifications popped up but received only November 3rd rewards 

Watched for over 2 hours and I've got rewards only for 15min of day 2. Any ideas how to fix it or EA referred to this?

I’ve only got 15 mins for day 2. Also have watched for 2 hours day one. Over an hour day 2. I want my rewards of my time back. 

Yes I’ve had the same issue. Think a few people have so hopefully this will be sorted and the rewards will come through soon

• Summary of the issue: i watched at least 3 full hours on both days on Youtube stream however didnt recieve the 60 min rewards object for day 2.
• Potential reproduction steps: fully stoped the stream and the game and restarted both multiple times but no success. It worked for day 1 rewards
• Timestamp: watched the stream on YouTube between 16:30-19:30 UTC on 3.Nov.2024 @easportsfcpro channel as in day 1.

I even typed /watchtime multiple times on the chat of the stream so that can be checked.

I got all the rewards for day 1 + 15 min of day 2, still missing the 60 min for day 2 plus the whole group when this is completed.

Please ask for more details if needed.

I am missing my rewards for watching over an hour of the fc pro open qualifiers over the weekend and I have ensured that my twitch account was connected before the live started.

Console - Xbox

Not got my rewards from day 1 or day 2 and I've redeemed them on twitch and accounts have been linked for years without problems

Claimed rewards for day 1 on day 1 before 7.30pm GMT and day 2 before 5.30pm GMT

Screenshots included are the drops on twitch and objectives on EAFC

Any sign of this being sorted, I’ve been through god knows how many chats with support team that do nothing and I wanted these rewards to do the hero pack (one refresh runs out very soon)
