Missing FC Pro Open Global Qualifier - Season 1 Rewards

I did not get my pack nor the 250xp after watchong the streaming of FC Pro on Youtube. 

I watched the EA FC Pro Qualifiers both days live for more than an hour and haven't received any rewards. The only rewards that have worked were the ones for linking my twitch and yt accounts.

I've watched the Global Qualifier day 1 stream for 2hrs 40 mins and have had no rewards for doing so but I watched day 2 for 1hr 30 mins and have been given all rewards.

When will I get the rewards for day 1 ???

Still waiting, I’m so sick and tired of EA taking our money super fast without issue but never pulling their fingers out when they mess up. 

I’m serious when I say I will genuinely not be buying next years EAFC I’ve had enough.

Have you had any luck? I reached out to EA Help but nothing yet

Can you please get us our rewards for the time we spent consuming your content?

its honestly so crazy, I remember commenting on your original post when this wasn't working day 1 of their stream and now a week later barely any response from ea and when they do they don't have answers/ want you to be more specific about when you watched the stream. just give us the rewards already its insane. they hosted the event for their game and the rewards don't work its so sad but then again its an ea game

Same issue here, watched over an hour on both days, didn't get any rewards, just the rewards for linking my twitch and youtube, so I'm 100% sure it linked correctly, yet I didnt get any rewards, fix your broken game EA

so the objective is ending in little under an hour, I have watched a total of 8 hours of the 2 streams, no rewards. I want to be compensated for my lost time. that's a full working day 9-5 that I could've spent better. I already live in Belgium where we can't buy packs, we have to grind it out and objectives are soo  important to us to actually try and compete with people from other countries, and then the game is so broken we don't even get the rewards? I watched each stream for 2 hours on youtube and for 2 hours on twitch after the youtube didn't get my rewards. neither worked. This kind of stuff makes me want to stop playing this game completely. But I figure we in Belgium don't matter since you only earn money from us when we buy the game..
