Missing FC Pro Open Global Qualifier - Season 1 Rewards

• Summary of the issue: I watched both streams live on Twitch, claimed the drop manually on Twitch but received nothing in-fame.
• Potential reproduction steps: N/A
• Timestamp (Date, exact time, and timezone) when you claimed the objectives! Both during the stream.
• Screenshot showing the status of your rewards on your account: Attached.

Well thanks EA the objective has no officially gone and a week or more later a lot of people here are still missing all or some of their rewards. No responses from anyone who can help here or via chat or email where things are just ignored.

Still did not receive the rewards for watching FC Pro Stream Day 2 although watching it for more than one hour on YouTube 

did log on multiple times and checked Companion App as well as Youtube app.

finished watching the stream at Nov. 03 6:30 PM (GMT +1) 

@EA_Pulsar The objective in game has now gone and so many of us still don’t have our rewards, what is going on this is ridiculous?! Not even any official engagement from them is horrendous customer service! Do EA release anything without any bugs?

i watched the stream and claimed the rewards but i didnt get anything on the game,even though i  correctly connected the twitch account to the EA account

@EA_Pulsarthis is ridiculous,the whole EA and EA support  is a joke. Sort this problem ASAP.

So we just get hosed then huh. Wasted 4 hours of my life that I’ll never get back
