No points awarded in squad battles EAFC25

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I played two battles games and won them but got no points, the pictures prove it.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get no points in squad battles.
What should be happening instead? I should get the points for winning those matches.

I have played 2 squad battles matches and received 0 points after winning both.

Can someone explain why this has happened and can u update my points before tomoz please 

when you refresh games before playing all 4 games in a group it counts as having played those games.  you only get to refresh games 3 times. 

bug 0 points game????help 

Last 2 matches I've played won one 1-0 got 0 points and 0 coins, 2nd match lost 3 - 0 and got coins but still 0 points!!!!!

it shows you have played your 12 games.  You only get 12 games in FC 25 which means only 3 refreshes of games.

What happens when the bug occurs? I was playing squad battles and for continous 3 matches i did not receive and points , i still haven’t played my 32 games yet , but im not receiving any points after finishing suqad battle
What should be happening instead? Should receive points after the game ends if i have games remaining (32 games)

It says right there on your screenshot, 12/12 games played.. 

You've played your weekly quota, you don't earn anymore points after your 12th game.
