No my pro is still bald and i just can’t customize him

How do you do that ? It’s in clubs or in the general game ? If it’s in the general game i already did that 3-4 Times and my pro is still bald

Yeah i did like that many Times and nothing change, i will retry it 

When i do this, my pro will be automaticly reload with this bald avatar, it said that my avatar has been succesfully import it’s so annoying to pay 80 euros for a game that can just let me customize my pro. 

I’m guessing deleting this will delete all your progress and pro level right?

Damn I have the same problem, this is so annoying brother

already deletes the character but it always imports this character from the cloud again which you can't change, come on EA do something

I had this problem too and just managed to fix it, I deleted my clubs settings in Settings -> Profile, then I went to open clubs and removed my ethernet cable after clicking to open clubs. This resulted in it failing to find clubs data and me being able to create a new pro from scratch with access to all customisations. Hope it helps you all

can u elaborate a bit more, i need an ethernet cable then i take it out when i open clubs?

I wish this worked, as it seemed likely, however upon removing the Ethernet cable and thus the internet connection, it just takes you back to the Home Screen without entering clubs

Did you ever find a solution? I’ve been dealing with this for months now as well and have finally found someone who can relate. 

I have the same problem, I try to do all these solutions that were given and still have the same problem, it is very disappointing. It seems that every year there is a bug that is extremely difficult to fix, last year there was a bug that also took days to fix. Now this year there is another one that I am not able to solve.
