Re: Co-Op Division Rivals Random Disconnects Within First Minutes

We tried all of these workarounds and actually more with no help, no workaround so far and it affects our match reward due to DNFs and waste huge amount of tine as go back throigh the division and start over !!!

To: @EA_Pulsar  This is v misleading as none of these are solutions. Even so much as marking them as solutions for visibility purposes is inherently wrong. We’ve all tried these workarounds countless times and they do not work (any successes were down to luck / may work 1 or 2 times at best). This is a critical issue as some of us (myself included) purely play FC for the co-op gameplay capability. Ordering the ultimate edition has proved pointless and borderline fraudulent. Having played fifa since the 2000s I’m aware that what I have written will have little effect or impact on the issue, but had to vent it out as marking your message as “Marked as Solution for Visibility Purposes Only” is misleading. You are correct m8 this is not a solution and they dont work. Already lost 20 matches because of this **** I love to play coop with my friends and now for the ( 7 days early ) I cant play with them….

@EA_Pulsar Just to be clear, these “workarounds” absolutely do not solve the problem for everyone. I figured out how to remove the post as the solution and have since done so. The EA team must keep looking into this issue. Even if the workarounds were consistently correct, having to go through all those steps just to play co-op Rivals is wild.

Also notice how they artificially boost the xp on @EA_Pulsar’s “solution” response to make it out as if the issue has been resolved. It’s pretty obvious they are trying to belittle the severity of the situation. Big up EA

Yeah, issue ahs gotten worse, every single game is a DC in co-op division rivals now.

@EA_Pulsar i really hope this is high importance, people are unable to play the game that they just spent $65+.  We are unable to make any progress at all and the “solutions” that you reposted do not solve the problem.  Not to mention the glitch where when someone quits at the kit selection screen, the co-op party is disbanded too

People still getting this disconnect on coop rivals? Been 6 days with coop rivals completely unplayable eh?

I can’t believe that this issue is still going…ordering ultimate edition is useless because we can not play the game. This problem is still going, I do everything and it is not help…this problem was happened on sunday, today is evening thursday and still not solve the problem…unbelievable…

Here we go again: another year with dc-cheaters in draft mode (been in the game on PC since the early days). So that mode is off, u simply cant play it without getting a lose every semi or final if ur not extremely lucky. Well, then theres this division rivals CO-OP bug again this year, but this time its even more *: So basiicly we payed (on PC) money to play a game we cant play at all. Shame on you. Theres been problems with draft and co op on PC for years, but EA does not care at all. Ur workarrounds does not work. Fix it ASAP plz

Can anyone verify?

Unfortunately not. I have not used any code imported custom tactics, yet the bug is still happening to me.

Good evening, I think it's very bad taste for you to come here and complain about people who are complaining about the game having problems with BUGS IN YOUR GAME. Game I spent €100 on and not being able to do a simple co op is ridiculous. Instead of coming here with * solutions, solve the constant problems in your game once and for all. Every year it's the same *@@.

Experiencing this issue as well. Very frustrating given the amount of the losses I have now and wasted time trying to find a match we can actually play. 

I don’t care about the workarounds, I should just be able to play the game without any issues.

Alright, finally a positive update. After making sure both members of the co-op party only had 1 tactic that was not imported, there were 0 disconnects in 12 games. We also made sure to only have 1 squad - not sure if that makes a difference. We'll test if the 1 tactic can be imported in a few days, and we'll also test if the teammate of the lobby can have more than 1 tactic.

So, specifically, to fix this glitch (for now), make sure both members only have 1 custom tactic that is saved under the default slot and not imported from anywhere.

EA, it is unbelievable this appears to be the solution; it is still a massive disadvantage for co-op players, as we are stuck to obviously using 1 tactic. This must be fixed in the future, and it is also disappointing that the community had to reach this solution instead of - you know - the people who make this game.

Hope this works for everyone. And a massive thanks to those that identified this workaround.

In the last days, I experienced this problem a lot. Basically, I start playing a Division Rivals match, and mostly in the second half, near the end of the match. The game doesn't give me a crash message, it just freezes and after a few seconds, just closes. It started to get very frustrating, because not only my DNF modifier decreases, also I lose games I was winning because of the crashes. It happened a few times in Squad Battles or Rush etc. but this mostly happens in Division Rivals. Is there anyone experiencing this? Is there a fix for this? Thanks.
