Rush - Cannot join match without app closing

What happens when the bug occurs? I am trying to play rush mode and it finds players and everything, before the game start the screen is black and returning to the setting. And it shows up that it doesn’t work and report the problem. I have reported but no answer. I have tried everything my plugging out, reinstalling nothing works
What should be happening instead? I should be able to play rush.

Hello! When I try to play RUSH i pick my player and i get to the loading screen which would load me into the match my game simply crashes after 1-2 minutes. I tried everything with the troubleshooting tips but nothing changed. Help please

I got the game yesterday so i could play with my friends i can play clubs i can play div rivals and squad battles but every time i try play rush i pick my player then we load in but my screen goes black then 5 or 10 seconds later my app closes and it gives me an error ive deleted it and reinstalled it that didnt work and i dont know what to do
