Weekly Objectives not claiming or resetting

Product: EA SPORTS FC 25

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team™
Which part of the mode? Squad Battles
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 30/11/24
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 10:00 pm
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? View weekly objectives
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to collect weekly objective rewards.
What should be happening instead? Receive Weekly objects and rewards

‌

All weekly objectives have shown as completed since the start of the week and unable to claim any of the rewards this week. So i have made no progress on This season at all. I've missed out on Season Points.

    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Weekly objectives in all game modes are showing as completed falsely which disables progress and unable to claim any SP for each objective
    What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to complete objective and receive reward
    What should be happening instead? Objective should start at 0 and track correctly and give reward upon completion

    Same issue on pc. Does anyone know of a temporary workaround? Missing out on a lot of sp because of this.

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? whenever i go onto my objectives, the seasonal rewards say i done all the objectives all the games but haven't gave me the SP. This is the same for manager objectives, player objectives and clubs objectives. photo attatched below
    What happens when the bug occurs? i can't claim the SP i'm owed
    What should be happening instead? i should be getting SP points

    the photo shows that i have completed all objectives but haven't got the SP points. it also shows the same for all other objectives in the manager section, player section and clubs section and it has since the new season started
