“No opponents found in Rush”

Hi,

I’m having issues finding opponents while playing Rush for months now. I have tried on different hours but no luck. Can anyone help me? 
I recently cleared my cache on my ps5. Is this a server issue of account issue? I’m not the only one though. My friends are also experiencing this. Please help.
