Career mode Transfer requests and kits

It’s frustrating when you have a player who hasn’t played a couple of games and then puts in a transfer request. That’s not realistic. Please can you look at that for FC25 and 26.

Also is there any chance of Portsmouth fc having there third kit available as well?
