Clubs promotion matches should go to extra time if tied

Nothing as frustrating as needing 4/4 wins for promotion and then missing out on it in the last minute because of a single draw. 

There's extra time in playoffs and drop ins... Why not in promotion, especially when there is no margin for error in the wins?
