Fc26 career mode ideas

I was thinking about some new potential features for fc26 career mode with my friends, and this is what we came up with:

• more detailed stats, like dribble % for a player throughout the whole season etc
• Realistic transfer values (like kdb should be 20 mil rather than 55)
• The ability to pay a transfer in instalments rather than a straight up fee
• the introduction of PSR/FFPA
• The ability to pronate and demote youth players/current players 
• the ability to change your players’ playstyles/add more
• The ability to have a defensive tactic/formation and a separate attacking/buildup
• Maybe a rating change like based on your players form and at the end of the season the game creates an average for the next season (so like players who are 65 rated can go up by like 15 in one season if they are good)
• old players don’t automatically decline, but it is more based on their performance
