Friendly - FC Fantasy Cup 2 - Is exchanging players disabled or is that a bug

I started playing the Fantasy FC Cup 2 today.

But each time I want to enter my team management to exchange a player I get into the tactics section. There is no way for me to exchange players.

Is that supposed to be that way? Or is that a bug? I never play friendlies and I never played this swaps mode. I can't find any rules on this neither.
