Frustration with Promotions and Cheaters in EA FC 25 Clubs Mode

Hi EA / FC team,

I wanted to share some concerns about the Clubs mode in EA FC 25, particularly regarding promotions and cheaters.

1. Promotion Matches:
   When playing a promotion match to move up a division, a draw counts as a loss, and you have to retry the promotion from the beginning. This is extremely frustrating because the opposing team may not be playing for promotion, so they don’t care about drawing. I believe that a draw in promotion matches shouldn't count as a failure but rather as another chance to replay the match.
   
   
2. Cheaters with 99 OVR Players:
   Another growing issue is cheaters using bots or players with 99 overall ratings. This should be easy for the game to detect, yet it still happens. These cheaters always shoot with perfectly green-timed finishes, which is highly suspicious. These two cheats should be very simple to detect and prevent.

This issue is particularly frustrating when you're playing a crucial match to reach Elite, only to face cheaters with 99 OVR players and end up drawing, which leads to losing the promotion.

Please address these issues as they are ruining the experience for many players.
