Missing Coins and Missing Premium Season Pass Rewards

On the 4th of June 2025 around 7:56 GMT I bought the season pass for 500,000 coins on the companion app, however it said that the purchase failed so I reset my companion app and tried again but it still told me the same thing and I noticed 500,000 was taken from my coin balance and I couldn't claim my season pass premium rewards, around 4 minutes later it became a new season (I think it's shapeshifter themed), I check my club and I don't see any sign of the previous premium season pass rewards, please help me to get my coins back, I worked hard for it and now this situation just deters me from playing ultimate team.
