Opposition tactics

So when starting a career mode the opposition tactics go to default everytime. I’ve done certain teams tactics from a YouTuber I watched to make a realistic save but it goes back to default everytime. For example I did Aston Villa in a 4411 as shown by a YouTuber called bromsquad yet when I enter career mode and it goes back to 4231. However kick off mode the tactics are there for Aston Villa and others? What can be done about that?.
