Pitch wear in career mode

Dear EA, this has been a problem for years now.

Can we please turn off pitch wear in career mode and increase pitch color. By October the pitches look really bad and it ruins the experience for career mode players.

PLEASE JUST GIVE US THE OPTION TO TURN OFF PITCH WEAR. We have been crying for this simple feature for years now.
