please help

Hi my name is archie, hope this email reaches you well. i have an issue concerning fut champions game mode, I had been playing for a few hours and it was my last game and as I was playing my controler died leading to me getting kicked for being idle but it was only for a few seconds. I was trying to complete an objecive to play all 15 games of fut champions final and by getting kicked out it lead me to only being able to play 14 out of the possible 15. If there is anything you could do to help me out that would be very much apriciated
