Hello EA Support,

I’m reaching out because the Pro Clubs appearance bug in EA FC 25 is still not fixed. My player’s face and hair have been forcibly reset (completely bald), and no customization changes are being saved, no matter what I try.

What’s more frustrating is that many players are suffering from the exact same issue, and no official solution or acknowledgment has been provided. I’ve tried:

Reinstalling the game

Deleting local settings files

Offline tricks like disconnecting the internet

Switching accounts
None of these worked.

This bug completely breaks the immersion and customization experience for Pro Clubs – one of the core features of the game.

Please take this issue seriously. I need a real solution or at least an acknowledgment that the team is aware and working on it.

We’ve been patient long enough, and it’s disappointing to receive no official communication.

Looking forward to a proper response and fix.
