Pro Clubs Face Error

Hello,

I’m playing EA SPORTS FC 25 on PC, specifically in Pro Clubs mode.

During a match, my game froze and I had to force reboot. After rejoining Pro Clubs, my player's appearance was automatically changed to a bald head. Now, I'm unable to change or edit the appearance — every time I try, it either doesn’t save or reverts back to the bald look.

I've tried creating a new avatar and modifying the existing one, but the issue persists.

Please let me know if there’s a fix for this or if any patch is planned to resolve it.
