Rush - finding teammates / stuck at eligibility screen - force restart

Hi folks! 

Every time I play Rush I run into this issue - you try to find teammates - disconnections happen / team formation fails and then you try again and you get the “Reviewing eligibility” which I don’t even know what means and it stays stuck on that and forcing me to restart the whole game
