Squad battles

Hi I have just played a squad battles game and won2-0 at full time when ending the game I got a message to say something has gone wrong and took me to the main screen exiting UT. when going back in it has game me a loss of 3-0 and 0 points and has cost me entering Elite 1 tier. anyway I can sort this error many thanks
