Why did I not get my win in fut champs after I won?

I won a game a fut champs and after I finished the game I was kicked out of ultimate team and on my screen came up “Unable to process servers right now, you will be sent out of ultimate team” then I got back on and it said the same message as if I left the game like something about your “DNF” I thought it wasn’t that deep cause it was only one game. Then a few games later it happened again and I got really mad and broke my controller. I need compensation EA, not good enough.
