Сan't play because I see the “Upgrade” button and asks to buy again!

01/01/2025 I bought for 39,99 € the new FIFA 2025, but still can't play because I see the “Upgrade” button and asks to buy again! 

I've already uninstalled the game and reinstalled again, and cleaned the cache. I do not know what else I can do, please help me!
