82+ x 20 TOTY Icon Player Disappeared

Hello,

I opened about 20+ (82+ x20) player packs SBC and eventually got a TOTY Icon Koeman 91. This was all done through Fut Web App. I send him to my club and went to check later and he disappeared. I check Quick Sell recovery and he was not there. I went on PC to check and he was still not there either.

I am just wondering if anyone experienced anything similar. Ticket was submitted to EA but EA will be EA.
