hi yesterday i have purshased 2 packs of fc points i had a refund for the second purshase but i didnt recive nothing

The screenshot you attached is very unclear, we see only one purchase.
You said you purchased 2 times 18.500 points (37.000) and got one refund of 18.500 so you are missing 18.500, is that right ?
