About the ban on my account

Hello, tonight I opened a package with 1 sellable TOTS Victor Osimhen. When I saw that the price was high, I sold it. Soon after, the price dropped and I bought 1 saleable Victor Osimhen from the transfer market. Then, when the price went up again, I put it up for sale. All this happened in a period of 4 hours. Finally, I put all the players on my transfer list up for sale again via the FC25 Companion app. But at 05:28 Turkey time, I was informed by EA that my account was permanently banned. Although I do not use any other accounts, do not sell and buy coins, do not use any software for unfair gain, my account was banned unfairly. I demand my account to be opened urgently. I have filed an appeal with EA Help, please help.
