Accidentally brought wrong gift-card

Hi, I have redeemed a gift-card for fc24 by mistake it was a gift. Is it possible to transfer them to fc25?

    Hello Tir0ny,

    unfortunately, it's not possible to transfer these points over to FC 25.

    Can I ask why? from the internet search it seems that this was possible in the past, it was a mistake perhaps you could transfer a portion of it at least?.

    Tir0ny,

    it's possible to do a one time transfer of points when first starting the game, but this one time transfer is also only doable before the first of January. 

    There's no way to transfer points, even a portion, after that deadline.
