almost 3 months later, and EA still doesn't care enough to listen to what people are asking for. Seriously, how is this issue not addressed yet? I would say 80% of matches I play on rush has at least one AFK player. This makes getting objectives done really hard, especially now that EA introduced harder very specific objectives.
Obviously the last member afk'd too after and this is what we're dealing with.
Must be hard to fix this for EA though.. I mean.. how to deal with it? I bet reporting could help, but this would mean heaps and heaps of work with checking authenticity etc..
Players should just not be greedy AND lazy.. that's the worst kind of greedy.

Afk, is a part of the game. Ea have made that clear.
Use it or don't. It's part of the game not an accident or a glitch. Accept it and move on.

Is this a troll or a sarcastic post???
why would any want to accept this and move on?

Cos it's in the game, and the 'abuse' of Rush is clear. They are incentivising afk, so no surprise it's a big thing.

its not hard to fix but there might be no incentive for EA to invest and fix it. when reporting someone we could always send it with a video link. so you have the of the player to ban. I have save some AFK situations because I wanted to report them. You can only report someone for offensive names which is crazy.
- RobinScores1 year agoNew Scout@gerzi09 Yes. That is crazy. I agree. I think ea doesn’t want the heaps of extra work that this brings.
Ea should stop giving points for playing the number of games. Only score so many and assist so many and block so many .. - BERNSSEN1 year agoSeasoned Novice
@gerzi09I do report them for "offensive name" as it is the only option. EA reports taking no action to my complaint, but they ask me to continue reporting. It is clear they also want us to report anything that makes playing on their servers an unpleasant experience. Semiotics, really - report whatever makes you unhappy! Inactive users is offensive meta to the username... (meta meanings inspired by Roland Barthes.)
- RadioShaqs1 year agoHero@BERNSSEN It’s because ea won’t tell you what action they take on another account. If they ban them you won’t know.
It looks like the next patch should help stop afk though.
