I got a beta code, I redeemed it and it gave me two options to download, I clicked on it and then it took my out of the screen and back to the home screen. And now it says code redeemed but I don't have the game anywhere.

I can’t log into the test forum and the beta code I’ve got for the switch isn’t working. Following all instructions as per email. As I can’t get into the forum and the code is being funny I guess there may be some kind of issue EAs end?

@Danpaka1 I would recommend download the current version of the closed beta. Once download see if there is an option to switch versions of the application. I hope this helps!

@Onimusha78 I have seen this happen to multiple of people. All I can recommend is be patient and hopefully the error will be resolve soon.

@crichio The developers are aware and working on a fix. Hang tight and hopefully this should be resolved before the closed beta officially goes live.
