Ban for using cheating software? but didn't use one from scratch ...

Hey there... I can't explain it, cause i play EA FC since many years on console, and last year on pc, but this year, just received an email telling me that i'm ban cause using cheating software.....

Here's what the Terms of Service team have said about response times in the EA Help article 'Get information about EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions':

They will reach out to you via email as soon as that follow-up investigation is complete, which is often far less than the 10 days. Read through our help article for more on how EA bans and suspensions work and please continue to keep an eye out on your inbox as the Terms of Service team will be in touch with you through there once they've finished their investigation.
