The same thing happened to me except i have found evidence of an attempt to what i can describe as hack. i had a verification code sent to my mail in between the sessions i was online and after my ban email came in saw that there was a log in from another country. Clearly it was either a mistake or that someone else must have done something while they hijacked my account. Naturally i reached out to EA for a resolution and i was expecting them to give me justice. Instead i received the same message that you did and the ban was upheld. We really need a spokesperson to speak with us directly and help us get out accounts back fairly. It is my right as a consumer and i am entitled to it through the consumers protection act
If any EA personnel see this please help us with clear guidances on how we can get our accounts back with advise on evidence i can produce
