What's wrong with your ban system?

 I just got banned without even being able to enter the game, with the claim that I used external tools??

 I've spent over 2000 hours in this 'BETA' game, and now I can't even contest the ban properly because your system only allows me to type one character.

This is frustrating, and it feels like you don't care about your customers.
