Banned from FC25 without any reason or it being valid

Hello,

I never received any updates as to why my account was banned. This is ridiculous! I have never done anything inappropriate on any video game. I was all excited for TOTY and then the morning of I get banned. I need compensation for this mistake and I need my account restored. You guys provide zero support for 4 days, but when someone is ready to spend money you guys are ready to take it. This is nuts! I am missing out on all of the TOTY promos and missing out on my chances to earn more packs because of your negligence. I want to be contacted immediately by phone or email.

I already followed those steps. Sent multiple messages and no reply? Their supporr is * poor for a billion dollar company. Absolutely inexcusable to not have a response by now. I should hear back immediately. And this should have been resolved.

@ZizouNNA You will not hear back immediately, ban appeals are reviewed on a case by case basis and you'll need to wait patiently for a decision.

Since there is nothing more that can be done this thread is now closed.
