Banned Without Reason – Appeal Pending for 5 Days (#204428028)
Hello,
My account was suddenly banned without any clear reason. I submitted an appeal 5 days ago under Case #204428028, but it is still under review with no response. I am completely sure that I have not violated any EA rules or terms.
I have provided all the necessary evidence proving that I have done nothing wrong, and I am willing to submit more if needed. Unfortunately, due to this ban and the slow appeal process, I have missed out on many challenges and objectives, including the Maicon challenge, which has resulted in losing my progress in the game.
I tried reaching out to EA Help via X (Twitter) but received no response. Additionally, the live chat option is unavailable in my region, making it difficult for me to follow up on my case or get any updates.
I kindly ask the EA team to review my appeal as soon as possible, as I do not want to lose more progress due to this delay. Is there any way to speed up the process or get a clear response?

I see that you've already reached out to EA, but I’d like to point out that the EA TOS (Terms of Service) team and EA Support team are two separate departments:
1.) Quick Response: The Support team can only check the status of your ban, for instance, if you haven't received the email notification. You can reach them here:

2.) Longer Wait: If you're looking for details regarding the reason for your ban or wish to appeal, you’ll need to contact the TOS team:

I also noticed that you submitted an email to have your account unbanned, but you haven’t received a response in the past 5 days. Please be aware that the TOS team usually has a response time of 10+ days.
