Banned

Case # 200713326. I played online around midnight yesterday. i was playing division rivals and then Champs. I get an email around 2am saying that i have opted into some emails from EA and then at 2;30am i receive an email that i have been permanently banned for exploiting or using some sort of software to cheat. I play on ps5 and im not sure what i did to cheat , these emails were sent to me while i was asleep. i played 2 games at midnight and went to bed and then i woke up to being banned for cheating. i would like to know what i did to cheat, i have spent money on this game and it is unfair for me to be permanently   banned with no explanation.

    Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. I'd recommend reaching out to our terms of service team. They can take a look at this for you.

    I have already reached out to the team but it seems like it is an automated message that comes back to me ? it doesn’t seem like i have a real advisor messaging me. i was banned for cheating on ps5 and i never have and would love to resolve this. can you look at my case and see the status

    Unfortunately we can't look into bans or cases here on the forums. You can always try reaching out again, but I can assure you that the cases are reviewed by actual humans.

    Hello, i have seen before that you guys were able to look into the status of the case. i’ve seen that community managers were able to do that for other people, has that changed ? i’ve already made about 4 tickets because i truly believe i was mistakenly banned but i still haven’t heard back from anyone. 

    Is there a live chat support or a phone number that i am able to reach? Thank you for the responses.

    We're not able to look into the status of cases; as far as I know that's never been a thing.

    You can try reaching out to live support, but they won't be able to help with this. Only our terms of service team are able to lok into bans. It might just take a while for them to get back to you. You can always check the status of your cases here:
