Nevertheless: The communication on your part towards your customers is not good.
Customers receive no feedback other than an automatically generated e-mail if, for example, a ban is rejected. There are more and more posts in the forum saying that players have been wrongly banned (according to them).
The frequency with which this is currently occurring is unusual. As a customer, I don't have a good feeling about this. Many spend a lot of money to credit FC points to their account, for example.
I don't think anyone would be stupid enough to invest so much money in a virtual currency and then cheat and risk having their account banned.
We all don't know how the anti-cheat works. However, I know from other games and anti-cheat software that false bans can happen. An example: Rockstar Games and GTA5 Online, 2 months ago. Nobody knows what caused the ban. However, it is false and Rockstar has unbanned the accounts.
