Blocked account - EA completely impossible to reach

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I was hacked for some reason back in May. Apparently the dude had gained access to my EA account also.I bought FIFA 25 a few days ago to play online with my friends, but then realize my account is blocked. So i only have access to offline and no online.&nbsp;Right now all my friends are playing without me.&nbsp;It is impossible to reach EA in anyways. There is a number you can call, but they just state that you should reach them in a different way. No e-mail. No chat. NO NOTHING.&nbsp;There is a contact form you can fill out (Which i did) and maybe you will here back from EA in 10 days.&nbsp;This is just so incredibly frustrating that i am not able to get my account unlocked so i can play.&nbsp;I did not know EA had turned into the new RyanAir with same level of support. Completely unacceptable.&nbsp;What do i do!?

@EA_Barry I have absolutely no idea why i got banned. I have never been banned in my life. I dont even know how you would get banned in FIFA??

My problem is there is NO way of communication at all. I can't even change my e-mail registrered with EA to my correct e-mail and not the hacker dude.

I can wait forever and not hear back from EA?? It's so incredibly unacceptable that you can't reach an EA employee and MAYBE you hear from someone in 10 days. That is forever man. I paid for the game already and want to play
