Bug on FC25

Another bug for FC25: When making subs on simulating a game in career mode, the first set of subs work fine. When doing another set of subs the subs aren’t confirmed and you cannot go back to the game play. Really bad experience - this is on both SWITCH and PS. Terrible bug. Going back to FC24. Wish I didn’t buy this
