Can I transfer FC Points from FC 24 to FC 25 that i bought from Companion App?

@EA_QueenBee I still have 4000 points left over from my Xbox account, and this year I'm switching to PC as I don't have my Xbox anymore... is there any way I can transfer those points to my new account which will be on PC..? I've already preordered the Ultimate Edition for PC but I would still like those points to carry over

Unfortuantely, if you look at our points transfer article:

You can only transfer FC Points from EAS FC 24 to EAS FC 25 on the same console family.

For example, you can transfer your points if you play both games on Xbox Series X|S. You can also transfer your points from an older generation to a newer generation console of the same type, like from Xbox One to Xbox Series X|S. But you can’t transfer your points from EAS FC 24 on Xbox Series X|S to EAS FC 25 on PlayStation® 5.

That counts for things like PC too, so unfortunately you won't be able to transfer your points.

I accidentally just got fc points for fc24 but I already the message pop up to transfer my points when I first logged and now idk what to do

It's a pity they didn't allow transfering points from older Fifas... I have like hundreds of thousand of gold earned throughout the years and now Fifa 20 server is dead, in EA FC I don't have it...

So I guess I’m never getting my points?

I did the same and there's nothing you can do once you transfered the points to fc24 so don't log into the game. If EA can't help but Playstation support helps alot.
