Can't access FC 25 Web App for Xbox, stuck just with the Nintendo profile

I played FC 24 on both Nintendo (earlier) then I bought an Xbox and later played primarily on the Xbox. I have purchased FC 25 Ultimate for both platforms. But when I logged in to the FC 25 Web App, I was stuck with just the Nintendo profile and couldn't access the Xbox. Can anyone help me?

    I have a similar problem, i deleted my switch account which had FC24 on the companion app, now it’s stuck and I can’t switch to my PlayStation account
