can't access ultimate team since morning

What platform do you play on? And just to check, what problem are you having exactly?

on PC platform. I am in Thailand and first time

met this issue 

Hi, I purchased the full version of EA SPORTS FC 25 on Steam, but today I’m unable to access Ultimate Team at all

- In-game FUT doesn’t load
- Rush says “no players found”
- FUT Web App says login service has a problem
- Companion App says “Our login service is having trouble”

There are no bans on my account, and I’ve already reinstalled the game, verified files, and reinstalled EA AntiCheat. I believe my FUT account is stuck during initialization.

Could you please manually initialize or reset my FUT account on your end? Thank you.
