Can't Sprint Glitch Online Clubs EA Please Help

OK so I got a huge issue as I state I can't sprint in some situations my player won't move and freeze lock or jockey, I have got 3 different consoles still happens and two accounts also got bt full fibre 1.2g Internet and also make videos on Covplaysfifa but last 2 versions of the game I get a huge bug that kills the entire game for me and I have a passion helping others with tips about clubs getting 250 million views over the years
