Career Mode Issues

To clarify, I have no issue with women in the game. I'm all for it and I hope they get a decent check for being in the game.

There needs to be a fix to the male career mode so that only males will be auto generated. Particularly in the youth academy and give me the option to change hairstyle when creating a team. As of right now when you create a team in manager career mode it generate a team of women, but with male names.
