Community ManagerBest thing to do @GSM350 is take a look at some of the pros to pick up tips and tricks.
As you mention, it's a game of skill and for those of use without God-like powers it can be difficult.
Best thing to do is to just have fun when playing and improve as you can.

The Champions lock out has wasted it for me too. Likewise I used to almost always get there and it was thee best part of the game for me, each game meant something and 10 games to get there meant you could cope with 3 or 4 times you were mismatched with a far better player. 5 times means the matchmaking decides it before a ball is kicked.
Grinding 15 rivals win and playing 4 v 5 in Rush is no replacement. I'm taking the positives though, playing far less and trying other games before I will call it a day next summer.
