cheatters and hackers pls help

Every single weekend league im getting hacked. My players cant run/move and the opponent's players are going like crazy and shooting from miles away and scores.

this is happening every single week. I emailed the support and they sending me some **bleep** automatic emails and nothing is happenig. 

I dont enjoy the game anymore...Im gonna quit the game beacuse EAs emplies are unable to do something... this is not fun anymore my nerves are on red right now... THis is frustrating and unacceptable...
