Choosing Formations in carrier mode

Carrier mode play is poor the formation should be changeable especially noting that ur controlling the team, example you can find the player is on the left and he is a striker, or he is a short player n the formation is for a lone striker, so changing to 4-3-3 might be a possible solution. Please update and improve on the game play as some players are not even running foward when play is transitioning foward..Example ul find Salah not running foward in attacking situation to pass the through ball to score..let's improve on the ball play please please as this is one part of fifa we enjoyed..yes FIFA as we have been part of EA journey for that long..
