Companion app issue

After being kicked off the web app on Dec 31st due to inactivity, I have now downloaded and played the game on console. I am however still not able to access the web app. I contacted EA help multiple times with this and got nowhere. They kept suggesting things I had already told hem I'd done (open UT on console, access the transfer market).

I have now seemingly been banned from EA chat despite not being rude in conversation. I have filed email complaints too which have been dismissed without contact or action. The email help option has now also disappeared. Has anyone had the same issue (the first EA chat suggested this was a known issue) or been barred from EA chat? 

I'm only asking to access my account legitimately and it seems EA are fobbing me off
