We are happy to share all your feedback around this.
There can be numerous reasons why certain items are not in-game, licensing, restrictions on commercial usages and so on.
That said, we'll make sure the team hear your feedback.

Appreciate you passing it on.
But to be clear, the boots were are referring to is in the game. They are added in title updates, but not available in the boots catalogue for Clubs, where players are allowed to only use boots from the initial list of boots from launch. You can access the boots on edit player for any real life player and change them but this only works for Kick Off and Career Mode.
This never used to be a problem going all the way back to the first ever Pro Clubs mode over 10 years ago, and as recently as FIFA 22.
Even on Ultimate Team, pre-FIFA 22, there used to be exactly one refresh (post-January typically) where their real-life players’ boots were updated. Since then, players wear exactly the same boots from the start of the game until the end of the game 10-11 months later. From a content point of view, it becomes bland for those that pay attention to those details.
