please help me i can't get connection to ea server because my account has been banned. but, when i check ban status there is nothing. help me

We can't help with bans here on the forums. If you have a ban, you'll need to reach out to our terrms of service team.
It's odd that nothing's showing up in your ban history though. Could you share a screenshot of what you see when you try to play? Also, what platform do you play on?

servaldo It can take up to a few days for them to respond, depending on how busy they are. You can always check the status of your case here.
